What to expect during my visit?
During your first visit, we will go over your intake form to review your current medical conditions, current areas of concern, and formulate a plan for your massage session.
What is included in a full body massage?
A full body massage will include your head, neck, chest (pectoral muscles), shoulders, arms, legs, buttocks (gluteal muscles), back, and feet. Clients may omit any areas they don’t need focus on or do not feel comfortable receiving bodywork. The massage will be 100% customized to your level of comfort.
Do I have to remove all my clothes to receive massage?
Clients are encouraged to undress to their level of comfort. We will work around whatever garments you choose not to remove.
What type of massage can I expect to receive (Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue)?
All massage sessions are customized to the specific client. Swedish techniques will always be applied as the foundation of all massage work starts with Swedish. However, therapeutic and deep tissue work will be applied as needed throughout the session.
How much time will I get on the table?
Clients will receive the full scheduled time for massage and bodywork on the table. For example, a scheduled 60-minute massage will equal 60 minutes on the table.
What if I am running late?
The client will receive the remaining time allotted in the scheduled session. For example, if you are running 15 minutes late for a 60-minute session, you will receive the remaining 45 minutes on the table.
What is your cancellation policy?
All services should be canceled with 24 hours of scheduled service. Clients will be charged in full for missed appointments per our cancellation policy.
